Ulrich Kreutzer, graduate physicist, has been working in the field of industrial property rights since 1993. He is a German patent attorney, European Patent & Trademark Attorney, WIPO-accredited mediator and authorized representative before the Austrian Patent Office.
He specializes in litigation proceedings on a national and multinational level, the planning of value-generating IP right strategies as well as the development of creative and value-oriented problem solutions.
After taking his baccalaureate at the Helmholtz-Gymnasium Essen, he studied physics and philosophy at Ruhr Universität, Bochum, at University of Sussex and at Ruprecht Karls Universität, Heidelberg. He wrote his diploma thesis on new imaging technologies at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg. He is a ski instructor, but also enjoys team sports like hockey and soccer. He lives in Moers with his wife and four children.
